Velo’s new DuoSync technology for 2026 is developed specifically around this real-world riding behavior, rather than assuming a perfectly maintained posture at all times.

DuoSync features a fully flat nose platform, increasing the effective contact area between rider and saddle compared to traditional narrow-nose designs. This broader contact helps distribute pressure more evenly when riders shift forward or lose pelvic stability during fatigue, reducing localized perineal load while expanding the usable sitting zone.

Crucially, DuoSync does not rely on softness alone. The central zone incorporates an ultra-soft, highly adaptive foam, allowing increased contact without creating new pressure points—an important consideration for long-duration rides. In contrast, the rear sit-bone support area uses a firmer, higher-density foam, providing clear structural support for the ischial tuberosities and enabling more efficient power transfer during pedaling.

The saddle’s overall curvature is shaped to follow natural pelvic movement across different riding conditions. Whether performing high-speed efforts out of the saddle or settling into a more relaxed, seated position during recovery, DuoSync allows riders to find a stable and comfortable contact point without constant repositioning.
